Humble in it’s beginnings , Fardoulis
Chocolates began in 1985 with what started as an
idea to create a unique after dinner mint for
restaurants and cafes with a two-tone milk -dark
chocolate swirl. The company grew quickly
developing the after dinner chocolate market
with more varieties and flavours. Distribution
was developed nationwide via a network of
wholesalers and before long were producing over
400,000 units of individually wrapped chocolates
for the food service industry per week.
In 1996 through demand of brides and grooms
Fardoulis Chocolates created what is now known
as the ‘Wedding Chocolates’, personalised gift
boxes for bonbonniere. A secure online shopping
website was developed to cater for the national
as well as local customers and currently produce
thousands of gift boxed chocolates which are
delivered direct to the wedding of the
bride/groom, or their reception centres.
In 2002 through growth and enthusiasm
Fardoulis ‘ expanded into the retail market
experimenting with unique flavours, recipes and
exquisite packaging. Establishing a range of eye
catching chocolate gift boxed products now
available in nationally in David Jones, Myer and
specialised gourmet shops.
Introducing a new luxury in world class
chocolates, the Fardoulis family have now
launched their handmade gourmet chocolates into
local cafes. With an unrivalled reputation for
crafting superior, distinctive, great tasting
chocolates the original philosophy still holds
true today they will not compromise the quality
of their finished product, believing that
customer satisfaction has been and will continue
to be their success.
